- 1 Egg (or use egg replacer for EoE symptoms)
- 0.5 cup Gluten-Free Breadcrumbs
- Green Onion Tops (optional; omit for IBS symptoms)
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- Pinch of Salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Mix all ingredients in bowl.
- Form small nuggets or balls and place on baking sheet.
- Bake 18–20 mins until golden and firm.
