- 1 cup 100% Natural Fruit Juice
- 3 tbsp Honey or 100% Pure Maple Syrup
- 2 tsp Sunfiber® (PHGG)
- 3 tbsp Unflavored Gelatin (or vegan gelatin)
Directions
You will need:
- Saucepan
- Silicone molds
- In a small saucepan, gently heat the fruit juice and honey (or maple syrup) over medium-low heat until warm. Do not boil.
- Whisk in the Sunfiber® until completely dissolved.
- Sprinkle the gelatin over the warm liquid while whisking continuously until fully dissolved and smooth.
- Remove from the heat.
- Carefully pour the mixture into silicone gummy molds.
- Refrigerate for about 20 minutes, or until firm.
- Remove gummies from the molds and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
