- 0.25 cup (Peeled) Peaches, fresh, frozen or canned
- Lactose-Free or Plant-Based Milk
- 1 tsp Maple Syrup (optional)
- 0.12 tsp Cinnamon (optional)
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until fully smooth, adjusting liquid to desired consistency.
