- 1 lb White Fish (e.g. Cod or Tilapia)
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 0.5 tsp Paprika (use less for GERD symptoms)
- 0.5 tsp Cumin (use less for GERD symptoms)
- Salt
- 6 Corn Tortillas
- 1 cup Shredded Green Cabbage
- 2 tbsp Chopped Green Tops of Scallions
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- 0.5 tsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp Lactose-Free Plain Yogurt or Coconut Yogurt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Rub fish with olive oil and spices. Bake 12–15 mins.
- Toss cabbage, scallion greens, lime, maple syrup.
- Warm tortillas, flake fish, and layer with slaw and yogurt (if using).
