- 1 lb Ground Chicken or Chicken Breast (Cut Into 1" Cubes)
- 1 cup Crushed Gluten-Free Rice Cereal or Cornflakes
- 0.25 cup Grated Parmesan (lactose-free if needed)
- 1 Egg (or flax egg)
- 1 tbsp Garlic-Infused Olive Oil
- 0.5 tsp Paprika
- Pinch of Salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet.
- Dip chicken in egg, then coat in cereal + Parmesan mixture.
- Place on sheet, drizzle with garlic oil.
- Bake 18–20 mins until golden and internal temp reaches 165°F. Cool slightly before serving.
