- 4 Apples, peeled and cored
- 0.5 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 cup Plain 24-hour SCD Yogurt
- Honey
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place peeled, cored apples in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle evenly with cinnamon.
- Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, until apples are very soft and easily pierced with a fork.
- Allow apples to cool slightly (warm, not hot).
- Serve each apple topped with ¼ cup 24-hour SCD yogurt if desired.
Drizzle with honey only if desired for sweetness, just before serving

- If using yogurt: Milk. Note: You can enjoy this recipe without yogurt.
