- 1.5 cup Refined White All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tbsp Baking Powder
- 0.25 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Smooth Applesauce
- 4 Large Eggs
- Lactose-Free Milk or Plant-Based Milk
- Nonstick Spray
Directions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the applesauce and eggs until smooth.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.
- Slowly stir in the milk until a smooth, pourable batter forms. Do not overmix.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat and lightly coat with nonstick spray or oil.
- Pour small pancakes (about ¼ cup batter each) onto the skillet.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until fully set and lightly golden.
- Serve warm.
