Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line or grease a muffin tin.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, mashed bananas, honey, and oil.
- Stir in almond flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
- Mix until smooth.
- Divide batter evenly into muffin cups.
- Bake 22–25 minutes, until set and lightly golden.
- Cool before serving.
