CHOC experts have curated in-depth guides on the seven stress busters from the ACEs Aware Initiative — the first-in-the-nation effort to screen patients for Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) to improve and save lives.
The seven stress busters are mental healthcare, supportive relationships, quality sleep, balanced nutrition, physical activity, mindfulness practices, and time in nature. Each guide includes articles, resources, podcasts, and videos on a specific topic, offering practical tips for parents/caregivers, kids/teens, and clinicians.
