- Salmon Fillets (4oz portions)
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- Lemon Zest (optional
- 1 for GERD sensitivity)
- 1 tsp bunch of Broccoli Rabe (portion control for IBS symptoms)
- 1 cup Garlic-Infused Olive Oil (optional for flavor)
- Cooked Quinoa
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
- Lightly salt salmon and sear in olive oil 3–4 mins per side until cooked.
- Trim broccoli rabe and blanch for 2 mins in boiling water, then sauté in garlic oil for 3–4 mins until tender.
- Serve salmon over warm quinoa with broccoli rabe. Add lemon zest (if tolerated).
