- 1 Egg
- 0.25 cup Cooked White Rice
- 1 tsp Olive Oil or Butter
- Pinch of Salt
- Optional: Finely Chopped Cooked Carrots or Zucchini
Directions
- Heat oil in pan. Lightly beat egg.
