- 2 tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 0.5 cup Cucumber, diced
- 0.5 cup Tomato, diced
- 0.25 cup Crumbled Feta Cheese (optional)
- 4 Whole-Grain Wraps
Directions
- Lightly mash chickpeas with olive oil and lemon juice.
- Stir in cucumber, tomato, and feta if using.
- Spoon into wraps and roll.
