Second Harvest Food Bank
Second Harvest can provide information regarding free groceries and meals in your area, offers food services via their food pantry, and also provides assistance applying for CalFresh (previously Food Stamps). Community Action Partnership of Orange County
CAPOC provides food to non-profit agencies in Orange County that serve low-income families and individuals.Visit ocfoodhelp.org for an interactive map to find food near you. Women, Infants, and Children Program (WIC)
WIC is a nutrition education program that also provides money for purchasing healthy foods.WIC helps pregnant women, women who just had a baby, and children up to age 5 eat well, be active, and stay healthy.WIC also welcomes dads, grandparents, foster parents,or guardians who care for eligible children.WIC services are provided at no cost to you.There are requirements for the program. CalFresh
CalFresh (previously known as food stamps and also referred to as SNAP) helps low-income people and families by providing a debit-like card with money loaded every month to shop for healthy foods. Apply online at www.getcalfresh.org or BenefitsCal.org or find your county social services agency at www.cdss.ca.gov/county-offices to apply in person.
