- 1 lb Ground Turkey
- 1 cup Spinach, cooked and finely chopped
- 1 Egg (or, sub flax-egg)
- 0.5 tsp Dried Oregano
- 2 cup Marinara Sauce
- 12 oz Whole-Grain Pasta
Directions
- Mix turkey, spinach, egg, and oregano.
- Form meatballs and bake at 375°F for 20–25 minutes.
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Serve meatballs with marinara and pasta.

To make a flax egg to replace 1 egg:
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 2½ tbsp water
