- 0.75 cup Rolled Oats (Gluten-Free if Needed)
- 0.25 cup Tahini
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 Egg
- 0.5 tsp Cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Pinch of Salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Scoop into small balls and flatten slightly on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until golden.
