- 1 Medium Japanese or Orange Sweet Potato (Cooked & Mashed; Low-FODMAP at ½ cup)
- 1 tbsp Oat Flour
- 0.5 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
Directions
- Mix all ingredients into a dough.
- Roll into small balls.
- Place on parchment-lined tray and bake at 375°F for 15–20 mins until golden and puffed.
