- 1.5 lb Salmon, cut into fillets
- 2 tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 cup Broccoli Florets
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Yogurt Sauce
- 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Fresh Dill, chopped
Directions
- Roast broccoli at 400°F for 15 minutes.
- Bake salmon with olive oil and seasoning for 12–15 minutes until flaky.
- Mix yogurt, lemon juice, and dill.
- Serve salmon with yogurt sauce and broccoli.
