- 0.5 cup Rolled Oats
- 3 tbsp Canned Pumpkin Puree
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 0.5 cup Unsweetened Oat or Almond Milk
- 1 tsp Maple Syrup
- 0.25 tsp Cinnamon
- Nutmeg (omit for GERD symptoms)
- 1 tbsp Ground Flaxseed
- 0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Pinch of Salt
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a mason jar or airtight container.
- Stir well until smooth.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Stir again in the morning and enjoy chilled or gently warmed.
