- 0.75 cup Canned Pumpkin
- 1.5 cup Rolled Oats
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 Egg
- 1.5 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 0.25 tsp Nutmeg
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 0.25 cup Unsweetened Almond or Oat Milk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor or bowl until smooth.
- Pour into greased muffin tin.
- Bake 18–22 minutes or until firm to touch.
