- 0.5 cup Rolled Oats
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 0.5 cup Unsweetened Almond or Oat Milk
- 0.5 Mashed Ripe Banana (use green banana for low-FODMAP)
- 0.25 cup Blueberries
- 1 tsp Maple Syrup
- 0.13 tsp Cinnamon
- Pinch of Salt
Directions
- In a mason jar or container, mix all ingredients.
- Stir well.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
- Stir again before eating. Can eat cold or warm it up.
