- 2 cup Oat Flour
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 cup Frozen Blueberries
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 0.25 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 0.25 tsp Baking Soda
- 0.5 tsp Cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cook berries + chia + maple syrup on stovetop until thickened (5–10 mins).
- In a bowl, mix oat flour, cinnamon, soda, coconut oil, and almond milk.
- Press half into a lined baking dish.
- Spread chia jam.
- Top with remaining oat mixture.
- Bake for 25 mins. Cool before cutting.
