- 1 Apple (Peeled and Sliced)
- 0.25 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Water
- Salt (enhances sweetness)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place sliced apples in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle evenly with cinnamon and optional salt.
- Add water and cover tightly with foil.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until the apples are very soft.
- Stir and mash slightly if desired before serving.

- Phase 2–3: May add additional spices
